Why. Wherefore.

My passion for coaching business owners, CEOs, leaders and senior managers comes directly out of my 25 years experience in ‘pure people’ businesses. I saw how often we needlessly limit our own success and that of the people and organisations we work with. That’s what prompted me to train as a coach:

• 100s hours professional coach experience

In my media career I spent 25 years as a writer, producer, director and entrepreneur in radio, film, TV & advertising. I worked rather successfully with top people from FTSE 100 to the smallest of companies – in the process winning multiple creative prizes including Sony, D&AD, Creative Circle and Clio awards. In the middle of all this I co-founded and ran two sector-leading advertising companies, Radioville and The Jungle Group, where I remain non-executive director.

Highlights were dealing at owner, board and senior level with some top brands including Carphone Warehouse, Coca-Cola, Capital Radio, BBC, Boden, Nationwide, Dunlop, Telewest, Autoglass and Transport for London – plus all the top ad agencies.

I am married to Judy Reith a parenting coach and we live in Cambridge, UK with our three daughters and way too many bikes.
