Professional coaching is now widely use in business and organisations to raise performance, some however are unsure what coaching can achieve. Coaching is not therapy, counselling or advice. My coaching is for healthy, resourceful people who want to take more control of their lives.

By developing your own ‘authority’ you become ‘author’ of your own ideas and your own actions. In the nicest possible way, you get more of what you want in life. Quite often, clients are not clear what they want when they start the coaching process. This then becomes our first task to get clarity.

By silencing ‘the critic in your head’ that runs a commentary on everything you do, that tells you things have to be a certain way, you’re free to do what you couldn’t before – what you actually want.

Where does coaching come from?
Modern coaching started in sport. It revolutionised athletes’ physical performance by taking away mental interference. They call it ‘The Zone’. Coaching is now widely used in business to increase performance in individuals, teams and companies.
